Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Deckly, a product of Meetline Technologies ("Meetline", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at deckly.mymeetline.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Deckly.

1. Description of Service

Deckly is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that:

• Generates branded Instagram post content using artificial intelligence, based on brand information you provide
• Schedules and auto-publishes that content to your connected Instagram account
• Stores your brand settings, post history, and scheduling preferences

The Service is intended for professional businesses and individuals who want automated, branded social media content. It is not a general-purpose social media management tool.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Deckly, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Deckly, you represent and warrant that:

• You own, or have the legal right to post on, any Instagram account you connect to Deckly
• You have the authority to grant Deckly permission to publish content on your behalf
• All brand assets you upload (logos, images, text) are owned by you or licensed for your use
• You will not use Deckly to post content that violates Meta's Community Standards or Instagram's Terms of Use
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published (where applicable)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Deckly to:

• Post spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or artificially inflate engagement metrics
• Publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Impersonate any person, business, or organization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its AI outputs for resale
• Use the Service to generate content for industries or purposes that violate Meta's advertising policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription plans. Deckly is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are available at deckly.mymeetline.com/pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of first payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Refund policy. We offer a full refund within 48 hours of initial payment, provided no posts have been published to your Instagram account. Once posting has begun, no refunds are issued for that billing period. If you have a dispute, contact us at support@mymeetline.com within 7 days.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to the Service until that date.

6. AI-Generated Content

Deckly uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate post content based on the brand information you provide. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or require editing
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publication and for any content that is published under your account
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. follower growth, lead generation) from using the Service
• We will never knowingly instruct the AI to fabricate statistics, testimonials, or specific results

7. Instagram and Meta Platform

Deckly publishes content via Meta's Instagram API. By connecting your Instagram account, you:

• Authorize Deckly to publish posts on your behalf
• Acknowledge that continued availability of this feature depends on Meta's policies and API access
• Agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines in all content published through Deckly

We are not liable for account actions taken by Meta, including but not limited to temporary restrictions or account suspensions resulting from content posted via Deckly.

8. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of all brand assets, business information, and content you upload to Deckly. You grant us a limited license to use this information solely to provide the Service.

Generated posts. AI-generated posts created for your brand are yours to use. We do not claim ownership over content generated on your behalf.

Deckly platform. All code, design, trademarks, and technology underlying the Deckly platform are owned by Meetline Technologies and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meetline Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from interruptions to the Service, API downtime (including Meta/Instagram), or AI output errors
• Any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of Deckly shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Deckly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service.

11. Termination

By you. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

By us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data for legal and compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also modify, pause, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice where practicable.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of Deckly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating formal proceedings.
